Terms & Condition of Supply



Thank you for choosing Lightfeel Training.



The agreement between Lightfeel Training and a student will commence on the date which the student receives their course confirmation letter, which the student will only obtain once payment is received


Payment Terms


  • Students undertaking the Lightfeel Training courses may avail of a payment structure as follows:

    • 50% of the fee as a deposit 

    • 50% of the fee payable before the 2nd class


  • Payment may only be made with bank transfer/cheque to

    • LIGHTFEEL SDN BHD ( Account number: United Overseas Bank 137-302-484-3 ).

    • If you choose to make payment with bank transfer, please send an email to lightfeeltraining@gmail.com to inform regarding your successful payment. Payment details and order ID must be provided in the email.


  • Students will be granted access to the first class once the first payment (50%) is made, the remaining fee must be paid before 2nd class at which point full access to the training will be granted.


  • Failure to make payments in the above timeframe will result in the student being withdrawn from the training course. All fees paid up to this point are non-refundable and non-transferable.


  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.




  • A student may express his/her right to cancel their purchase via email/phone before the actual commencement date. On this expression, a full deposit refund will be issued without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days.


  • However, an administration fee of RM100 (per person per course) will be applied and 10% of the total training fees will be forfeited for cancellation.


  • If a student decides they do not want to commence the course during the initial period of 14 days a refund is only warranted if he/she has not accessed his/her course.


  • Once the course has been accessed by a student, this is an indication of use of service and express acceptance of the above terms and conditions, and as a result no refunds will be issued at that point as it negates the cooling off period.


Class Schedule


  • Start date:

    • Once the class is filled with at least 3 students, your class shall start immediately. Your official start date, however, is one month after your payment, regardless of how many students are in class.

    • For example

If you pay on 1 April 2019, your official start date is 1 May 2019. 

If you pay on 23 April 2019, your official start date is 23 May 2019.


  • For group training, the student is not allowed to reschedule once the class is commenced. A penalty of RM 150 will apply for one class replacement.


  • For "one-to-one training", the student may reschedule the class. However, he/she will need to notice our management 5 days before class.


  • Note that the training fee of "one-to-one training" will be RM 800 in addition to the group training fee.


Leave of Absence


  • A Leave of absence may only be accommodated for students in extenuating circumstances to an initial maximum period of 3 months and are accommodated at the discretion of the Lightfeel Training



  • Lightfeel Training reserves the right to refuse training fees and reserves the right to deny any applications.



Lightfeel reserves the rights to amend its policy from time to time without prior notice.
