How do I apply for the training course?
- You may register via our registration form.
After registering, you will received a quotation based on the course you select by email within 1 working days.
Once you review the quotation and information thoroughly, you can make the payment via cheque/ bank-in/ online transfer.
After the payment, you will receive a confirmation email and start your training at the date stated in the email.
Can I still apply for the course if I'm alone?
Yes, we will arrange a class for you with other applicant.
What documents are required for application?
How do I know the status of my application?
A notification email will be sent to you within 3-5 working days.
Who should join this course?
Interior designer, fresh grad and anyone who are interested to learn greater rendering techniques.
What is the payment term?
50% deposit is required as confirmation. Then, full balance will be payable on 2nd Class.

Is the training fee refundable if I cancel the course?
Deposit is not refundable. Balance is refundable (subjected to the number of training class completed at the day of cancellation). Any cancellation of course must be made 14 days before actual training date. RM100 administration fee will be applied for cancellation.
Is there any scholarships and financial assistance?

Is monthly installment plan available?
It is unavailable now, but we will make it available soon by this year.

What software do I have to install?
General software used in the courses are Autodesk 3dsmax, Vray and Adobe Photoshop.
Can I apply for class replacement if I'm absent for certain class?
We do not encourage absent from the class. However, if there are 3 or more students missed out the same class, you will be entitled to attend a replacement class. Respective instructor will recap the previous class topics.
Are computers provided?
Yes. We do provide computers in our training room.
Will free software be provided for students?
Autodesk offers free 3-year access to Software for eligible students. Our instructors will guide you along the installation process.

How long does it take to complete the course?
Do you offer any certificates upon completing the courses?
You will receive the Attendance Certification based on the course you attended. The certificate will only be given only based on full attendence and the completion of projects given in the class. Some courses will offer Distinction Certificate based on your performance on final project.
Can I still consult the instructors after the training?
We offer 1-month post training email support from Lightfeel experts. If you have any problem or inquiry after the training, our instructors are most willing to assist you. Feel free to exchange your emails with the instructors to get in touch with them.
Can I complete the courses earlier than one month?
3D is complex software, and spaced learning is better than binge learning for better retention and long-term effects. Over the past training experience, we found that students should take more than 1-month to gain proficiency with the software.

Autodesk 3ds Max can be used on the Mac via Parallels Desktop® for Mac software without having to boot directly into the Windows OS, so it is easy to switch between platforms. The system must meet the following requirements:

I'm not sure which training course should I take, how should I choose?
The choice of the course depends on you, your skills, your interest and the time you have at your disposal.
Is the schedule fixed and confirmed?
Yes, tentatively all our schedule is fixed. However, if the minimum number of participants in the class is less than 3, we reserve the rights to hold the class and reschedule.
What is the maximum size per class?
Lightfeel Training offers small class (usally 3-5 person/class) and personalised attention. This results in more individual attention, participation and communication between instructor and students.
Does Lightfeel Training offer corporate training?
Yes, we do offer training to companies with 3 or more participants. Your company will receive a customized training program according to your needs.
